Make sure you fill out the 2020 Census form. Your community should NOT lose out on Federal Dollars that are distributed to local communities yearly based on population data, $675 billion yearly distributed which you paid into. The negative impact is not on a year to year basis it is for the next 10 years.
Your local community benefits the most with these dollars spent on Schools, Hospitals, Roads and Public Work projects. These projects not only enhance your community and improve property value, they create jobs that many of our members work on.
The census also determines Congressional Representation. As population increases and decreases so does Congressional Representation in each state. During the last Census, Illinois lost a Congressional seat since population decreased per data collected. Without everyone being counted, we could lose again.
