Due to the overwhelming response of our Inaugural Bears Playoff raffle, Union Eyes has no choice but to run it back again! This week we will be running two separate raffles.
Please read this message in its entirety.
Your support for the Bears and the UWC has been tremendous. We had over 1500 entries into last week’s raffle in six hours! This week, we would like to reward loyal, union Bears fans who have decided to make Union Eyes their primary eye care home over these past six years.
No action is required on your part if you are an established patient. If you have been a patient of Union Eyes and were treated prior to January 11th, 2026, your name will be entered into a drawing this week to win four Bears tickets to the playoff game on Sunday. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page at the close of business on Friday.
ATTENTION FRIDAY RAFFLE PARTICIPANTS: YOU HAVE A SECOND CHANCE
We track data very closely. If you made an appointment last Friday for a future date and confirm this appointment by text or email, we will enter your name in a second drawing to win two tickets to the playoff game on Sunday. The winner for this raffle will also be announced at close of business on Friday. You will be receiving a text or email confirmation later this week. Please monitor closely and make sure to respond.
Please keep in mind the UWC powered by Marathon during this historic playoff run. Bears fever is often associated with side effects such as heart palpitations, sweating and loss of voice. Bears fever may even result in delusion causing some members to make appointments under their middle names or unborn children. If you correct these possible errors made under panicked circumstances last Friday, we will be understanding. Simply cancel or reschedule your future appointment at Union Eyes for a more convenient time in 2026.
All those who entered the raffle on Friday and complete an appointment at Union Eyes in 2026 will also be registered to win four Bears vs Packers tickets next season. All those who made an appointment on Friday who no call or no show will be ineligible for future raffle prizes which will include Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox, and Cubs tickets.
