Ratification of Collectively Bargained Wage Allocation 

On Tuesday April 14th, 2026 Local 265 held a Special Order of Business during our regularly scheduled union meeting. The purpose of this Special Order of Business was the allocation of contractual wage increases scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2026.

The allocation of $3.98 below was unanimously approved by the membership. 

 

Effective June 1, 2026

• Foreman: $4.87
• General Foreman: $5.48
• Superintendent: $6.70

The Total Package Wage differential between Local 265 and Local 73 is yet to be determined as Local 73 is in contract negotiations currently.

 

Member Type Explanation

In 1982 there was a merger of Local 220 (A), 50 (B) and 265 (C). An effect of this merger was 3 different members: A, B and C. Each one of the 3 Locals members remained in their previous pension plans after the merger. The total package of all 3 member types are equal.
