Christmas & New Year Message to the Membership

Brothers and Sisters,

As this year ends, it’s hard not to think about what truly matters. For all the jobs we completed, the long days, the early mornings, what stays with us the most are the people we share the journey with. At home, that’s our families — the ones who support us, push us, and keep us grounded. Here in Local 265, it’s our union family — the brothers and sisters who stand next to us, look out for us, and have our backs when it counts.

The Christmas season is a chance to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and appreciate the people who make our lives meaningful. I hope each of you gets time with those you love — time to laugh, rest, and make the kind of memories that don’t fade.
